Terri Neuber is an active mother of 2 and while studying nutritional counselling,Terri understands what it takes to eat healthily while being a busy mom juggling many responsibilities. Look for Terri during our Metabolic and Total Body classes as well on the floor coaching members during open gym times.

Darren McConaghy, Bkin, CAT (C), CSCS, FMS 2, SFMA is both a practising Athletic Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach combining clinical skills, strength and conditioning knowledge, and years of experience building robust and resilient athletes.

Sonia Lam, RMT, DOMP Candidate, SFMA is a Registered Massage Therapist and an Osteopathic Practitioner Candidate. She firmly believes that proper movement is vital to overall health and performance.

Jena Fraser, BKin, RMT, CSCS, FMS 2, SFMA is a Registered Massage Therapist and practicing Strength and Conditioning Coach. She has a passion for manual therapy and high level sports conditioning.
